Training & Team Building
The Willow Tree Centre provides all the facilities you need for a successful in-house training and leadership day, staff meeting or team building activity to get away from the day to day pressures of work.
It is a safe and secure Centre set in 15 acres of private grounds in an attractive rural setting, bordered by woodland and within easy reach of London. There is ample car parking available for up to 50 cars; coach parking is also available and all of our facilities provide excellent access for those with special physical needs.
THE HOUSE
The training and function room is large and bright with field views and floor to ceiling windows which have shutters to allow for audio and visual usage and is ideal for day meetings, conferences and training courses with space for 80 people. Wi-Fi connection is available along with laptop, projector, flip charts, whiteboards and photocopier.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use and buffet lunches can also be provided.
THE GROUNDS
The main residential centre can sleep 33 people and for larger events our three large camp sites can accommodate up to 1,000 people with separate washroom blocks with showers and disabled facilities.
ACTIVITIES
If you want to escape a classroom environment for your company away day then the Centre is ideally placed to offer a range of outdoor activities including:

- Horizontal Climbing Wall
- Swing Rope
- Archery Range
- Pioneering
Instructors and safety equipment is available for all of our visitors and you can also enjoy the surrounding woods via the marked footpaths before finishing your day off relaxing around the BBQ or camp fire.
